SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most of orders will be filled within 2 business days. If, for some reason, we can’t process your order in a timely manner, we will inform you as soon as possible. For orders with multiple ship to addresses, separate shipping charges will be added.
Our shipping & handling fees for domestic deliveries are very simple.
For orders less than $50.00, it will be $4.90 for USPS 2-3 day either First class or Priority Mail. For orders over $50.00, the shipping & handling charges are on us.
For orders shipped to the state of California, the sales tax of 8.75% will be applied.
For international deliveries, the shipping & handling charges are as follows:
UK & Other Western European countries - $15.00
Canada & Mexico - $10.00
South American Countries - $15.00
Australia, New Zealand, & Asian Pacific countries - $15.00
Other destinations - $20.00
RETURNS
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to you. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return non-sale items (*** All sale items are final sale and can not be returned.*** ) within the 2 weeks of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund. We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for the shipping cost of any returned item.
If you return any items that make your total purchase less than $50.00, there will be a shipping charge of $4.30 applied to you. There are no additional restocking fees, however, you are responsible for any shipping charges of the return items.
Products for return should be unused and in its original condition.
To return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
1) Please contact our customer service at support@eleganthairacc.com for a return authorization code. You will need to write this return authorization code on the return shipping label. Also, please don’t forget to include your original invoice in the return package. All returned merchandise should be fully insured and delivery confirmation requested since we are not responsible for any missing merchandise.
